Q1: Is the hair human hair?

A: All the hair is 100% human hair, you can test by burning a string, they will have a feather smell and become ash.

Q2: Can this wig be straightened, curled?

A: Treat the hair as if it is your own hair. Use a flat iron/straightener below 180 degrees, as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often.

Q3. Hair smell

A: Factory wash the hair with warmwater and shampoo, and we will puthair oil to hairs before shipment,protecting the hairs from being dyeduring longer-term delivery. But smellwill disappear after washing it withgood shampoo and conditioner.

Q4. Coloring

A: Yes, human hair can be colored. Can be bleach and dye to #27 or more darker colorIt is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend to dye darker, not lighter,

,hair will be easily dry after leaving hair donor, sodon‘t dye or bleach hair too frequently, it will damage the hair. Alsoplease do it professionally.

Q5. Length

A We will double check the hairtype and length before shipment.-When you receive the hair, you canmeasure it by stretching it, so you canget the correct length.

Q6. Gray hair

A: Virgin non-dyed hair have a fewstrands gray hairs inside, we usually pick the hair up in production,but we DO NOT guarantee 100% nogray hairs, please understand, andpick up the few strands out yourself. Thanks.

Q7. Tangle

A: The hair can tangle due to dry,oil & dirt build-up, salt water chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make surewash and condition your hair twicea week. Use olive oil to polish it smooth or consult your stylist for morehelp.

Q8. Split/dry ends

A: Our hair will be a lit dry afterleaving hair donor, because it losthuman nutrition. You can put someoliveargan oil to keep them good.

Q9: How long does it last?

A: Normally, the hair can last over 12 months with good care. This has been our customer experience for so many years. Treat it like your own hair. It depends on your care. Washing regularly with conditioner and oil is key to keeping its charming

Q10: Why is the wig we received shorter than picture?

A: Because people's head and face shape are different, different people will have different effects. You can restyle it to fit you better

Q11: Why the Wig Looks different from the picture.

A: As the wig is squeezed in a small box for long delivery, it may be a little out of shape. Once you get it, tremble it several times, and care for it with hair oil or hair dryer, it will be very lively

Q12. Body wave hair texture

A: Wavy/curly hair was made by steam, without any chemicals, sothe texture will be looser afterwashing. Please kindly understandwe do it for maintain the hairlifetime and natural state.

Q13. Hair care products

A: Use good quality shampoo andconditioning products. Conditionthe hair is very important to keepitsoft & manageable. Letit air dryinstead of blow dry.

Q14: Why has the Wig slightly fallen?

A: Don't Worry. It's normal if some hair falls off when your first use because the luxurious lengths Hair wig is sewn by hand; "HAIR TIPS:

Pre-wash: Before shampooing, gently remove any tangles from your hair products. Always use a mild shampoo or one specifically formulated for chemically treated hair.

Shampoo: Do not soak. soaking might cause the hair to tangle. Once the hair is thoroughly wet, apply a small amount of shampoo; using your fingers, distribute the shampoo evenly throughout the hair.

Wash: Run the hair under warm (not hot) water. Gently work the shampoo into the hair, stroking downwards from the top to the ends. Do not twist, scrub or rub the hair.

Comb: While wet, gently comb the hair to remove tangles. Using a large toothed comb, move in a downward motion away from the clips and to the ends. Do not use a bristle brush on wet hair as it may pull out or break the hair.

Rinse: Rinse the 100 percent human hair wig under a gentle stream of cold water until no shampoo or suds remain. To avoid tangling, ensure the water flows from the cap to the ends of the hair. Remove the excess water by gently blotting with a towel.

Condition: Apply a small amount of conditioner, using your fingers to evenly distribute it throughout the hair.

Dry: Hang to air dry, set in rollers, or use a blow dryer on a low setting, as desired. Your human hair products will not require washing as often as your own hair, wash only when they start to look dull and lifeless.
